يتناول هذا البحث دراسة ونشر لفلس فريد ربما يرجع إلى العصر العباسى أو الحمدانى يحمل اسم الأمير زهير بن عيسى يليه اسم الموصل باعتباره حاکمًا عليها، وهذا الفلس لم يسبق نشره أو دراسته من قبل، ويتضمن کتابات غير مسبوقة لا مثيل لها على النقود الإسلامية، وهى أن الأمير زهير بن عيسى يأمر جند الأعداء بالهرب (الانسحاب) رضاءً لله لوقف الهجوم، وحيث إنه لم يصلنا فلوس عباسية ترجع للقرنيين الثالث والرابع الهجريين/ التاسع والعاشر الميلاديين تحمل هذه الکتابة الموجودة على الفلس، ولهذا يُعد هذا الفلس إضافة جديدة للفلوس الإسلامية التى ترجع إلى للقرنيين الثالث والرابع الهجريين/ التاسع والعاشر الميلاديين.
This research investigates and publishes extremely unique bronze Mosul mint fals, presumably Abbasid or Hamdania State, it is holding the name of Prince Zouhair Ibn Essa followed by the name of Mosul as he (Prince Zouhair Ibn Essa) its ruler.
The false includes unprecedented and exceptional writings on the Islamic coins that Prince Zouhair Ibn Essa orders the enemies to withdraw (escape) for God's sake to stop the attack. To date, There are  no Abbasid fulus of the third and fourth centuries AH / the ninth and tenth centuries AD that holding this unique writing on the fals. As a result, this fals is considered a significant addition to the history of Islamic coins that back to the third and fourth centuries AH / the ninth and tenth centuries AD.
