About Journal

The Bulletin of the Center for Papyrological Studies and Inscriptions is a periodical specialized in publishing papyri, inscriptions, ostraca, ancient coins, and related studies such as language, literature, history, archaeology, arts, sculpture, religion, philosophy, restoration, and ancient social activities in ancient civilizations: Egyptian, Greek, Roman, and Ancient Near Eastern civilizations.

It is published by the Center for Papyrological Studies and Inscriptions, Faculty of Archaeology, Ain Shams University. The first issue was published in 1985, headed by Prof. Dr. Abdullah Al-Muslimi, Professor of Papyrology and Greek and Roman Studies, Department of European Civilization, Ain Shams University.
